How it Works

STEP 1.
Find an authorized testing location or request on-site concierge testing (available in select markets). Schedule your test when you book your trip to ensure test availability.
STEP 2.
Schedule an appointment for each person who needs a test. The time of your appointment should meet the testing requirements for your destination. If returning to the United States, all travelers two and older must have a negative COVID-19 test result from a test taken within 3 calendar days prior to departure. Use the chart below to determine when you should take your test.
STEP 3.
You will receive a QR Code in a confirmation email. Print or display this code at your testing location to provide proof of payment. If you don’t have access to your code, our testing partners can look up your reservation by name.
STEP 4.
Arrive at the testing location at the time of your appointment and follow the instructions to present your QR code and get tested. Please make sure to wear a face covering at all times.
STEP 5.
You will receive a digital and downloadable copy of your test results via a secure link in the AZOVA app or website. You will also receive your free COVID Credentials™ travel passport which you can use to share your results with airlines and others.
STEP 6.
Complete any travel authorization forms as required by your destination and provide it to the airline before you board your flight. Have a safe trip and thanks for using AZOVA!

About the AZOVA Authorized COVID-19 Testing Network in Jamaica. AZOVA verifies that the testing service providers are licensed and authorized to provide COVID-19 testing in Jamaica. AZOVA verifies that the tests used are legal for use in Jamaica and that both the RT-PCR and rapid antigen tests are accepted for return travel to the United States. All testing service providers are able to return test results within 3 calendar days or less to meet the timeframe for the United States. These tests may be used for travel to other countries if they meet the teimframe requirements of that country.
